Which plan includes DocuSign integration?
DocuSign e-signature integration is included with ALOE Pro. A separate DocuSign account is required. ALOE Primary and Premium do not include DocuSign integration.
What is the difference between Primary and Premium?
ALOE Primary is designed for project management — tracking tasks, timelines, and team workload across departments like Business Development, Marketing, and Operations. ALOE Premium is designed for contract lifecycle management — managing contracts, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate matters. ALOE Pro includes both.
Can I add more users to my plan?
Yes. Additional users can be added to any ALOE plan at any time. Contact Bigfork Tech or visit the pricing page to add users to your existing subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. ALOE Primary offers a 14-day free trial. To try ALOE Premium or Pro, book a demo and the Bigfork Tech team will walk you through a personalized setup.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. All ALOE plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual plans renew automatically.
